well, we had our first hitch today on the Europe trip. hold your horses and I’ll explain it all, but first I’ll explain how we got here. I should have seen the first sign of trouble coming when we had to pay a few more Pounds than expected for the bullet train from London to Paris. [...] Thanks to Shreyas for picking me up at 4:30am today; he saved me about $20 and gave me good advice on the ride to the airport. I bought 11# from him as I was disembarking to the check-in. Once there, I got the first chance to swipe my passport and was happy to be the [...] So far, I’ve learned many lessons from my time in graduate school.
